The price for an IBM PC isn't correct (or at least, it doesn't match the infographic). The little picture shows a PC with two floppy disk drives and a monitor; the price quoted ($1565) was for the 16K model with no floppy disks and no monitor.
(And no hard drive, either). This means that the PC would boot into BASIC, and you could save/load programs and data to a cassette recorder. It was the absolute minimum configuration and wouldn't have been very useful.
