Reason to Stay on Freenode?

I just created an account on IRC.com, and joined Freenode. Server tells there's current local users 1040 (max 2091), and current global users 9251 (max 22832). 15001 channels formed.

What's your excuse to stay on Freenode?

Freenode is dead due to a takeover by not the best of people

I can’t really think of one single reason to stay on Freenode. All good channels have migrated to either Libera Chat or OFTC.

None whatsoever.

Andy's most recent coke fueled changes have rendered the burning dumpster into a smoldering pile of slag.

It's done. Over. Dead.

In a bit over 2 months, Andy has taken the largest IRC network by user count, by a generous margin (more than TRIPLE the next largest), and reduced it to something that can't even break the top 25.

Even Snoonet breaks the top 10.
