Unity keeps doing all kinds of weird stuff that doesn't seem to be making the game engine much easier to work with.

I've used Unity since like 1.0 and really like a lot of things about it, but it just seems like they're not able to execute on their plans to improve the engine.

Unity is not profitable. And they underpay employees relative to market rate.

Weird to see Unity spend money externally rather than fix itself internally.

I worked there. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. (It’s Management heavy, a big reason I left— too many managers)
