Congratulations on the release Tim, my copy arrived yesterday and looking forward to getting into it.
It has been a long road, but I'm glad that I got to the end. It's been amazing reading people's messages and knowing that they are learning lots.

Just received this one, for example: "I've been going through it with a younger cousin that is tagging along, exploring Rust with me, and even if he misses a lot of the stuff I've met in my university years... he's getting all of it thanks to your explanations and a bit of googling/wider explanations or examples by me."

I found this to be a good follow up to "“the book", ideal for anyone who has learned some of the basics of Rust and needs to consolidate their knowledge. I find "typing along" to examples is a great way to learn, and the included projects are a lot of fun. Plenty of additional practical information about systems programming too if you are new to that as well.
