When using ticketing software like Jira to manage the work of a development project, what % of tickets should be written by technical leads vs product managers?
Everyone should write tickets including product managers, technical leads, senior software engineers, users, etc.
I don't think you can define a broad % of who should write how many tickets because it's highly dependent on the use case and the context that each of those people share.
