This is a hard to read post for me, maybe I'm not the target audience.

    "any process observed or measured as the time until reaching a threshold is inversely proportional to the speed at which that threshold is approached."
The process is inversely proportional? The outcome of that process inversely proportional? I'm not sure what about that process is proportional. If I can guess what the author meant, I'd rewrite as

    "any process measured with 'time to completion' has a duration inversely proportional to the speed that the process runs."
