Delta Lambda etc.

So school is about to start and covid is still a thing. Delta is going to take out a bunch of unvaccinated people including some kids. Next is the lambda variant which has killed more people as a percent of infections than any other variant. Lambda basically decimated Peru. So what are we going to do? Local and Federal governments have basically given up and in to the anti maskers. There’s seems to be no good way out.
