Convert pocket-reader.el links to ePub and upload to Dropbox (blog.dornea.nu)

In this post I show how to extract readable content from pocket-reader.el (getpocket emacs library) using rdrview, convert the content to Epub and finally upload to Dropbox (where it gets synced with e-reader device)
