Is this tool useful or not? (eichar.one)

So, I was searching for ideas and found several requests from recruiters that they really need to see career changes from their LinkedIn network. And I have created Eichar - this tool delivers information on who is open to work or to new opportunities from your LinkedIn network. Now I am worried if this is really worthy product?
