Thanks, sorry. That was the main point I found interesting/ relevant to HN. Wasn’t aware of the title rule.
It would be interesting to weight representation (electoral college, house or reps etc) not on population but on votes cast. If you disenfranchise a significant chunk of your population, you in turn get disenfranchised...
Mainly was posting to point out they’re requiring voting machines to use the blockchain and in the same sentence prohibiting them from being connected to the internet
