Here's some flood barriers they're putting up at one of the subway stations (Aquarium) in Boston. Looks like they'll be able to swap in panels in the front when relevant.

Good. The whole eastern seaboard needs a vigorous scrubbing.
I'd think twice before saying that. If a hurricane was to ever hit the Houston, TX area, you'd have the mother of all environmental disasters, there are many toxic dumps based in the area.
