I heard that Duolingo is going to be shut down in China. Like, only non-profit tutoring is now permitted in this country. I don't think it's the best decision for citizens because using apps like Duolingo is convenient during subway rides or something like that. I know it's not as beneficial as some tutoring services like https://preply.com/ , but it's more than nothing. I don't think that learning languages in China is accessible as it was before, so it's not for the best.
