Is this a Google Workspace account? If yes, why is it showing some vague messages and not directing to human help (which I understand may be almost impossible to get with Google)? Do you pay Google and still get no proper customer service?
If this were a personal Gmail account, it wasn’t “your own account” in the first place. It was a place Google allowed you to play in so long as you didn’t anger one of its bots.
