I burnt out, quit, then discovered that doesn't work either. So I reconstituted myself from the ashes, and tried again. And burnt out again. Repeat. Call me Phoenix. And I'm still doing it, because it's the best option. But, really, it's the best option because something about it still brings me joy. I guess there's still something left to burn out.
Yep, I find it unavoidable right now... but truth is, a stable working environment coupled with a support structure of friends and family is actually a cure.
I look at my bills. Sorry to be glib, but it's as simple as that. I remember what it feels like not to be able to afford the basics. That feeling is worse than the burnout feeling for me. If I can remember it clearly I can sometimes flip to going back to work, joyful and grateful that I can.
I used a fake name/email... went through the 22 questions and got meaningless results.
Questions get grouped into 3 groups and you get a numerical score... literally it only says "Result: 22". No scale, no units, at best there is maybe a color scheme green, yellow, red? (maybe? not for me)
The results page is indeed lacking - working on it. Was not expecting a great deal of traffic to the calculator just yet.
We're working to improve the results with actionable tips.
Pay attention though, interpretation requires reading a big chunk of documentation and is better done with a professional. Also, metrics are tuned for Belgium...
That is an excellent tool! - strongly recommend it if you have the time to also go through the documentation.
I found it not so straight forward ( with the adding up the results -> dividing it -> comparing it to statistical values -> in the end not really knowing if I have burnout or not )
But it provides more in-depth information especially in relationship with Belgium workforce.

Thanks for the comment, have a great day!
Just harder to prescribe than Xanax or whatever.
As long as the stable working environment provides a healthy dose of personal achievement.

At least the groups have descriptions...
I got zero info from this, it was a waste of time

This is a better interpretation of the results https://monkeypuzzletraining.co.uk/burnout-inventory-results
I guess I'm an inch closer now.
It is definitely a way to collect emails but there's nothing from stoping you to add whatever you want there.
Plan is to send an automatic email with your replies and results, not available right now.
Interpreting the results is described here: https://monkeypuzzletraining.co.uk/burnout-inventory-results
I came across this last night in an excellent blogpost on burnout: https://mayakaczorowski.com/blogs/burnout
Both this quiz and the one you shared are based on the Maslach Burnout Inventory.
Decided to do the quiz to automate the results as most of what I found was paper based.
