Ask HN: Proof of Ownership for Images in iPhone App

I'm working on an iPhone app for a client that will use brand images for which they own the copyright.

Apple may possibly require 'Proof of Ownership' when I submit the app. Does anyone know what specifically is sufficient to provide 'Proof of Ownership'? Would client contact information and written documentation be sufficient?
