Who is going to hold the vaccinated liable for any injuries they cause to other people - either the vaccinated who slip through and get Covid anyway, or the kids too young to be vaccinated?
It isn't hard to figure out the above is far far worse liability than any so call vaccine injury (almost all cases are made up)

They shouldn't. Instead the Vaccinated should probably ask that question to the people who sold them the vaccine.

Whether an employer who requires a vaccine falls in a legal immunity category depends on how you interpret the word "prescribe".
