Ask HN: Best smart locks for new home?

We're building a new home (Midwest, USA) and I wanted to get a smart lock for the outside doors that:

- don't need WiFi

- work without batteries (or can be plugged in)

- have pin code entry (temporary and permanent pins)

Does a lock like this exist? If not, what gets pretty close?
