Yeah, one thing is bugging me here. The judge said that they should have investigated more carefully before filing. But the case got dismissed, partly because it was filed too late.
I mean, I guess you can put the two together (filed without checking whether there was any basis in reality, and filed late because you were busy filing 60 other lawsuits that also had no basis in reality). But the juxtaposition just seemed odd.
It's smarter to go to court with one solid, defensible piece of evidence, and then broaden your case as supplemental evidence comes to light. These attorney's took a...different approach.
Meanwhile the Socialists are doing everything they can to not furnish requested information to said lawyers, or audit hundreds of cases with suspected fraud.
