Apple decided ports 5000 & 7000 were free to be reserved by OS-level services, and once you upgrade to Monterey, you're not going to be able to run anything on these ports as a developer.
Seems like an oversight. Will probably end up being a common annoyance if you're in ecosystems which default to one of these ports for running a project locally.
