Well, that counters only his claim that policy makers aren't psychopaths. They increasingly are, as we can see from various car bans in the EU. The same can be said of several Covid 19-related policies - it's no longer about the (incorrectly) perceived cost-benefit advantages of those misguided policies, but about crushing opposition and achieving obidience.
The only mistake GG makes in his article is when he claims there are no psychopathic tendencies among American voters and politicians influence Covid-19 policies.
