All forms ask for email first... I suspect the service does not exist - maybe it is one of the fake landing pages to gauge interest, or one of those symbolic art projects.
After a breakup I pretty much delete all photos, emails and other messages. There is no need for them to exist and remind me of a connection that no longer exists
