Why is Hacker News still downvoting me and not allowing conversation?

really, it all sounds a bit childish... wanting to be accepted but getting emotional when whatever it is you've been saying doesn't get you the acclaim you seek... I don't know anything about you except that I have read the complaint to which I am responding, bu all the people I know who get taken seriously are very concerned with the welfare and happiness of others. Maybe you can take a hint :)

You can create a new account, but if you use that new account for further ideological battle, it will also pick up flags from other users until it gets banned.

A few of the more recent comments in your history contain insults, so I guess earlier ones will look no different. That's a sure way to get into trouble here and you seem to be shadow-banned by now. That means that all of your comments are invisible to (most) other users from the beginning, unless someone actually deems on one of them good enough and vouches for it. Vouching makes the comment show for all users again.

On the other hand you seemed to be making good points from time to time, at which point someone vouched for your comment and discussion followed. This seems to be what you are rather looking for, so maybe refrain from low effort posts and insults in the future and the mods might give you another chance? You can check the guidelines and FAQ (look for the links in the footer of the frontpage) if you are unsure what's OK and what's not.

Can you accurately describe this 'bot mediated' downvote process? If this can be attributed to a particular person-path -IP address? (who instruct these bots), I am sure this would be something that goes against the basic principals of Hacker News and would be of concern at the highest levels. I can understand the 'flag' that can be attributed to various 'ist comments to ID and get them removed - but downvotes can be misused and bypass valid dialogs. I make comments and get up and down votes. Often I get downvotes for correct analyses, and I also get upvotes for POVs I feel are also technically correct. I never deal in 'ist comments as they have no place here and are properly flagged. Could some of your comments be almost flaggable and so got a downvote instead of being flagged? One would expect flagged comments to be admin assessed for guilt and be deleted or even unflagged at the admin level - I realize admin time is scarce and there may not be time to waste on this - let them fall to the earth....

After reading your past submissions I see the root cause for your downvotes, and they are pretty much summed up in this thread's responses. Sort of reminds me of Grilber...if that is the name, who lived in a moldy log, who had a flame (insult) for every person/occasion

Looking at your latest comments, my recommendation is to avoid oneliners. Try to expand your comments to a few lines, or add some references in the case they are needed.
