Why is Hacker News still downvoting me and not allowing conversation?
Please, can anyone explain how my comments and critiques are not being fairly treated? They are all auto downvoted even though I make fair assessments. If I don't, fine, let the crowd downvote me. But why do the mods and Hacker News use bots and artificial down votes instead of outright bans? It is like they are trying to drive a different consensus that they like better than allowing what the crowd would naturally let rise or fall. It's censorship full tilt in my opinion on a site that proudly boasts the America notion of free speech and right to not be censored. I guess they mean government censoring, but they can censor citizens how they like.

You can create a new account, but if you use that new account for further ideological battle, it will also pick up flags from other users until it gets banned.
On the other hand you seemed to be making good points from time to time, at which point someone vouched for your comment and discussion followed. This seems to be what you are rather looking for, so maybe refrain from low effort posts and insults in the future and the mods might give you another chance? You can check the guidelines and FAQ (look for the links in the footer of the frontpage) if you are unsure what's OK and what's not.
