Let's say you are selling a ebook, video course someone bought it and now selling it as its own for less price and fake reviews on the website what can you do?

Get a lawyer and sue. Maybe contact the police, attorney general, and BBB as that could be considered theft, fraud, etc, and they might be able to do something.
Did you try to contact the platform yet? They should be able to take it down.
i have no background, but i suspect you could try to flip it to your advantage.

that is, see what they're doing better than you, and copy it.

another option is to ping them and offer a deal - you let them sell it and take a cut, all legal.

another option is keep selling your version and they sell theirs and just try to concentrate on building up your brand - which maybe the real purpose of selling an e-book/etc. - so that you can build your email list, etc.

just some ideas. must suck.

- Offer bonus that cannot be copied (access to private FB group, Zoom mentoring, etc...)

- Use the illegal copies as marketing for yourself: put watermarks all over the content with your own web address that are difficult to remove. Mention your web site in your videos, etc.
