TLDR:

"Morashon is a cinematic work of music and drama that I am attempting to develop using the principles of Open Source as they are traditionally applied to software.

...

The end goal is to develop a complete, feature-length movie, capable of being distributed online, on DVD, and (who knows? stranger things have happened) for theatrical release.

...

The 'source code' for the work is presently hosted at github [http://github.com/morashon/morashon]"

If you want to attract collaborators, the first thing on the page needs to explain what morashon is. No one else knows.
I'm not sure what the name comes from, but it's not going to land very well in Japan.

漏らす mora(su) = To wet, esp bed wetting (o-morashi), also as a sexual fetish https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omorashi

ション shon, colloquial short form of 小便 shonben, urine, pee

The name is pretty obviously an anagram of Rashomon, a 20th c. Japanese play and Kurosawa film.
Last commit to the Github was 9 years ago. Very weird, but stuff like this is the kind of outsider art that makes the world big and rich.

Seems like the name, Morashon, is the pseudonym for the author, which is also a strange twist. I wonder if it's an anagram of Rashomon.

No synopsis, no goals mentioned ( in terms of what the story aims to achieve)? Who would get involved in this?
