Who can I sell my app to for $1M+?

I'm the founder/owner of an app called Cuff: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/cuff-video-chat-make-friends/id1514536428

and I'd like to sell it for $1M+. Wondering what the best place is to find people interested. Currently a fully passive product with 99% profit margins (only some server/hosting costs).

I'm wondering if I can ask for a large premium because of the very passive state of the app (produces $4k a month passively, all traffic organic).

How did you arrive at $1M?

It's relatively easy to get >3% on liquid investments, which is >$2,500/month (which may be long-term, which is taxed at lower-rate). $4k > $2.5k but liquidity and risk are worth something.

No marketing involved, all organic traffic, ranked in the top of the US app store and global app stores.
