Hello everyone, I am Costa and I am based in a small country in Europe. I was wondering how can someone get a job in Silicon Valley as a software engineer especially if you need a visa to work in the US.

You can't get a job in Silicon Valley as a software engineer if you're a California-native U.S. M.S. with 10 years' relevant experience and a fantastic open-source portfolio. What you're asking for is hard, even for those for whom it should be easy. Please keep that in mind. This might take a long time.
