I've built a free meta consultation and assessment service (over professional service providers). The idea to create a JIRA like ticket for house fixing/repair jobs and offload the scouting work, It seemed like an interesting idea, so i built (a basic version) one. I have a plan to create a reverse bidding between providers to get cheapest price once there is some volume of requests.
Tickets from a city are assigned to city level agents from the backend. You can do an in-app group chat, share images to explain your problem, and we try to assist.
If someone is interested in this as a product and can put some efforts to grow this, i'm interested to talk. I spent 12$ on google ads and less than a month, I've seen 12 tickets so far.
(More backstory: This is a repurposed ticketing system i built earlier, but that product didn't pickup.)
