This shit just isn't real, just like 'swamp gas' lights from the X-Files, it's humans, it's always been humans. Lights in the distance at night are hard to locate.

Although this isn't hard, but I guess dumb people click and dumb people buy stuff and don't care about being lied to.

My initial assumption was that the flashes were related to power infrastructure failures. Granted, I’ve only seen cell phone videos of the events.

Is there any reason to think otherwise?
