Ask HN:Need Static Website Generator

Hey Guys, i'm looking for a responsiv site generator which only uses html,js,css. And when I download the file they should only contain codes that is used. I dont want a css file with 19483 lines of code if i only use a small set of them.

Im willing to pay for the generated files. Do you guys know any tools for that?
