In the extremely high-density, car-hostile world this advocates for, if you want a yard for your kids to play in, or you don't want to share walls with neighbors, are you just out of luck? Or what if you have kids in school, but the school districts within walking distance of your job are all bad?
Take a look at Berlin's suburbs street view and you'll see the answer, which is still have places for bungalows, but dont have excessively large roads and driveways to get there
