Why have my HN antivax comments been deleted? (An exercise in fake news)

So, I made several comments that did not recieve positive feed back. Many of my comments need to be taken in context and specifically with the time and date of these comments as the science seems to be constantly changing (Wich is a good thing!). Eventually I came to what I believe was my own decision to get vaccinated...but I can not find these comments. Possibly they were flagged? Or does so many DownVTs result in a dissaperance?

Turn on showdead in your HN settings. If your comments receive multiple flags (as opposed to downvotes) they disappear, but you can see all dead comments if you have Showdead enabled. The downside is the bottom of busy threads tends to have a lot of spam.
