This is not going to end well. I can already smell the biases such a model will have, and the lives cops will crush, using it's predictions as justification.
Depends what you mean by end well... I'm sure everyone that counts will declare it a wonderful success. They'll probably even have graphs proving a x% reduction in Bad Stuff (TM)*.
