Lilium Set for Nasdaq Listing as Qell Shareholders Approve SPAC Merger (futureflight.aero)

I may be old fashioned but, as far as I know, they don't yet have an operational product. NASDAQ doesn't seem to have any criterion for this. Is there some curated stock list that could have such?
