What are the best UX/UI courses available today?

Currently a friend is looking for some UX/UI classes to up her ante. Given my that my experience is solely in Software Engineering/Biz ops, I am not entirely sure what the best avenue is for them. They currently have limited experience in the field and are interested in developing these skills along with their Front End skills!
