Ask HN: Any ready-made logging devices?

There's a few places where a very simple (offline storage) device will be required to log a bunch of temperature/humidity data over a year or so.

Is there something simple and ready-made that can do that ? I know an Arduino can do it, but it seems like a solved problem. Thanks :-)
