What types of terms should I have users agree to when signing up on my site?

Hello Everyone, need some advice.

I am creating a marketplace/network for professionals online. Users sign up and create a profile, adding a description of their services, and what they do etc.

Anyway, was wondering what terms and conditions , privacy polices or anything like that I should have them agree to while signing up.
