The Tasmanian ABC says that the doctors and some nonmedical staff have refused to be vaccinated.

I find it very disquieting that doctors would refuse to be vaccinated, thus placing vulnerable and immunosuppressed patients at risk.

I guess they're not at risk if they close up shop instead?

This is actually becoming a big problem in Australia at the moment: A large number of GPs are at or near retirement age, and if it all gets "too hard" they'll just pull the plug early and there's no one to replace them.
