How to you evaluate a company for growth potential?
I am on the lower end of this range and can get an abundance of interviews, but at two years experience I still don't know a lot.
Every company says there is career growth and skill growth and in a sense that is true, but how do you find the places where you specifically would really thrive?

Are they trying to show off their algorithm superiority and just want to see you fail or are they genuinely trying to help you succeed?
In my experience, the best workplaces have been from interviews where the interviewers were rooting me to succeed
