Ask HN: What to do when companies do not honor CCPA deletion requests?

I've found that many companies are slow to respond to CCPA requests or in the worst cases they willfully ignore them.

According to https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa: "You cannot sue businesses for most CCPA violations."

Is there truly no recourse when a company ignores a CCPA request? Can anyone recommend a course of action?

Presently whitepages.com has acknowledged yet ignored my CCPA requests for 58 days. Allegedly companies have 45 days to comply with CCPA requests as required under subsection 1798.130.
