I can't zoom on the attached screenshots. How did the applicant make it obvious that the fake profile was a lesbian?
This story matches my experience as a hiring manager. As per our HR and DE&I teams, all female or non white candidates are automatically moved to the phone screen, regardless of their resume.
Edit: Never mind, I switched from mobile to my laptop and I can now read the questionnaire and the answers provided by the fake profile. I love the "not sure" for immigration status :)
