William "Wil" Jon Shipley (born October 16, 1969) is a Macintosh software developer, best known for co-founding and heading The Omni Group in 1991, where he did consulting work and developed software for the NeXTSTEP operating system, Rhapsody and later Mac OS X.
I miss the "old" macOS software style (design, interaction) and am deeply hopeful a developer with the experience, knowledge, and design skills visible in the original Delicious Monster (not v3) might be a good influence in Apple. But that depends entirely on what he's doing there.
