There are days when you don't want to do what you do

There are days when you don't want to do what you do regularly. It happened to me yesterday and today with workouts. I train in the morning, but yesterday I woke up completely broken - my whole body was somehow not in shape and my muscles ached. I rewound and realized that this was due to an hour and a half big tennis game.

I used to play big tennis in high school back in the days. At the beginning of this year, a business partner pulled me out to play a couple of times and I was bad - some technique remained, of course, muscle memory and all the things, but playing with me was definitely boring. This Monday I was fortunate enough to play with the owner of the fund, who is our facilitator in the Netherlands and... I believe I was good) I hit the ball more often than I expected and ran across the field "like crazy." I enjoyed it so much! But! You can't jump right off the bat like that. More precisely, you can, but you have to pay for everything. I paid with my body and even had to drink painkillers to recover and work.

I missed the workout yesterday, today I just wanted to psychologically too, but it is important to notice and collect such moments on time. Instead of skipping, I just took the shortest 10-minute warm-up with workout and ... did not miss! I did workout and feel better. I will gradually return to my 30-minute everyday workouts in the week.

TL;DR; in moments of weakness, do not miss what is important to you - do it on at least the minimum, the appetite will come with eating
