Do ethical hackers have a moral obligation to attack these systems, to show them untrustworthy, and/or provide universal access to the means of subverting them?

We gonna require proof of vaccines to vote soon?

How would we feel about a proof of citizenship certificate like this?

Of course! The same way they did for the german Luca app.

Even if it only leads to improvement of the app due to public pressure, instead of disbanding it.

And in general just to be a pain in the a** to the involved scammers, grifters and usual competent action simulators.

Just a few context samples, there is much, much more, and it's all absolutely ridiculous!
