The ghostly radio station that no one claims to run (bbc.com)

I used to tune into the odd ones in Scotland in the seventies. They were like ambient sound sometimes, patterns in the noise. Sometimes the monotonous clicking was interrupted by maniacal music, which I now think was waveskip from other radio stations.
