Show HN: Adding buffer to YouTube Videos to fight addiction (chrome.google.com)

I am trying to reduce the time you spend on unwanted websites like Youtube, Reddit etc. by throttling the internet.

The buffering video or loading comments tries to create barriers to watch video and thus trying to decrease the interest in the video that you wanted to watch.
