Good point, but does the TikTok algorithm allow each user to connect evenly with every other user on the network graph? Or does it "pocket" people into groups of related interests? e.g. I heard there was a trucker subculture on TikTok that talks about the best truck stops,etc, but I've never even seen one of those videos.
