Microsoft's Outlook.com Is Down (portal.office.com)

I noticed this while watching the fb outtage. MS troubles seemed to be trending up, right as the fb issue was headed down.

Noticed this too, though it came back up quite quickly (> 10 minutes). Office 363 at it again.
