I used PopOS on my Lemur Pro work machine for about a year until the motherboard died. System76 quickly replaced the board with the newer model that has a Thunderbolt port (blessed).
Overall, PopOS feels a lot like Ubuntu with Pop Shell and System76 drivers. Once I got the machine back from them, I installed Fedora w/ Pop Shell and those drivers -- the system feels snappier with less jank.
However, I am biased as I've ran Fedora for a while now on my Thinkpad.
For anyone keeping score at home: people "still" use Fedora because of stability, short security patch interval compared to other options, and also up-to-date dev packages.
