I've built this new tool that helps property developers sell their units simultaneously and simplifies the generation of documents (sales offers/ purchase agreements etc ..) it has also some basic activity tracking, access control and import/export features.

This was built using Flask, Vue/Vuetify, Postgresql, and websockets.

I have multiple clients who are very happy with this service and decided to extend it further.
