Instead of reading that nonsense, understand why pay gap exists (and again, why it may be justified and why it's overwhelmingly not caused by discrimination):
Every day we read HN comments about how greedy capitalist employers are, but at the same time we're supposed to believe they'd miss to make additional profit by simply paying female employees just $50 more than another greedy capitalist and still realizing extra profit when compared to employing men (or transgender?) workers.
